Because our products are carefully crafted and securely packaged, we maintain a transparent returns and replacement policy to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us at help@sanjh.space within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Photos of the packaging (outer box and inner packaging)

    • Your order number

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement, OR

  • Offer a store credit or refund, depending on availability

⚠ Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • It is in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are intact

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Lighting products that have been installed, wired, or altered are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used lighting fixtures

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or mishandling

 

4. Replacement Process

If your product qualifies for replacement:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable)

  • The replacement will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Replacement timeline: 5–10 business days

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may need to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon approval.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7–10 business days after inspection

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Before dispatch confirmation

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Warranty

Most Sanjh lighting products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (details mentioned on individual product pages).

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Voltage fluctuations

  • Accidental damage

 

8. Installation Responsibility

Sanjh lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician.
We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect installation.
